Easy In Home Classroom Ideas for Kids

This is a sponsored post in partnership with Peanuts Worldwide. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

I know we are all faced with a new reality of staying at home. Many of us are also taking on the responsibility of doing mom school with our own kiddos. Our family has been looking for fun and educational classroom ideas and we are thrilled to share Snoopy’s Free In Home Classroom Ideas.

These at home classroom ideas feature subjects like STEM, language arts and social studies to life with the help of Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the gang. I let my little one pick which lesson plan she wanted to do and she picked the Celebrate Springtime with Charlie Brown and the Peanuts Gang.

Each lesson plan is designed for kids in elementary school developed by the award-winning curriculum specialists at Young Minds Inspired, and reviewed by their panel of teachers. I like that many of the lessons reinforce skills my child is already learning.

I know that learning at home with mom isn’t the same as at school with her teacher but I’m so glad I’m able to find free resources that allow us time to connect but also learn along the way.

I started first with the Celebrate Springtime with Charlie Brown and the Peanuts Gang lesson plan. There are other lessons in the collection as well one that also feature Astronaut Snoopy where kids learn about traveling through space. Those activities are complimented by the new series called “Snoopy in Space” made in collaboration with NASA now on Apple TV+. We can’t wait to do this one next!

Each lesson with our favorite pal Snoopy reinforces a positive mindset, goal setting, and perseverance with the entire Peanuts Gang.
