FEATURED Fun Foods for Families Lunch box school lunch ideas Uncategorized

This post is sponsored by Sensible Portions but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

We really are ready for back to school and this week and we did our last shopping at our local Walmart for all of the lunchbox essentials. Starting first with snacks, snack, snack, snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks!

Sensible Portions Veggie Straws Variety Packs are perfect for our large family. They’re great for my teenager or even our elementary school aged kiddos. You can literally just grab and go and I like that they’re perfectly portioned already.

I also grabbed a jar of MaraNatha No Stir Almond Butter it’s an essential for those unbox sandwiches. I use a simple cookie cutter to create a fun shape.

My first grader is all about the Earth’s Best Organic® Sunny Day Snack Bars, they’re the perfect recess snack or we take them to gymnastics practice after school.

I like to create simple theme lunchbox boxes for my girls. To start to year I wanted a few fun lunchbox notes so I created this FREE Out of this World Lunchbox Notes Printable.

You can easily print this out and add them to any lunch. I added a few themed details to my daughters bento box and she loved it with the notes!

My daughters favorites by far are the snacks. Garden Veggie Straws are made from garden-grown potatoes and ripe vegetables to form a better-for-you snack that has 30% less fat than the leading potato chip*and allows for 38 straws per serving. Which means they’re snacks I can feel good about sending with my children to school.

It’s all about stocking up and being prepared for those lunch boxes. I try to keep things fun and kids love the attention to detail!

Are you ready for back to school. lunch boxes?
