Getting Ready For Cold And Flu Season With Kids

You are here: Home / FEATURED / Getting Ready For Cold And Flu Season With Kids

FEATURED Healthy Family Lifestyle healthy hygiene parenting tips

This is a sponsored post with Lolleez all opinions are my own.

When it comes to my girls not feeling well I know it’s cold and flu season and it’s to be expected this time of year. With kids this time of year can be especially brutal as they go to school and I feel like once one of my children gets sick they’re all going to get it too.

Coughing is no fun for kids so I always trust my kids with Lolleez, an organic throat-soothing lollipop that is made for organic ingredients and have soothing elements like honey and they come in all naturals flavors like: Watermelon, Strawberry and Orange Mango.

I always tell my friends that they have to try them to see for themselves, Lolleez really is a worry-free way to help make being sick a little less crummy for your kiddos.

Now for cold and flu season are new Tumeez. Tummy soothing pops for kids when they’re feeling under the weather. I’ve used both with my girls and I have to say I always trust their products. Just last night my young had a stomach ache and I gave her a Tumeez. Sure enough she stopped complaining and it was off to sleep she went.

Kids average 6–8 colds a year and most of them happen during the dreaded months of November through February, which means those months can be the worse for getting sick.

You can stock up on both products at select CVS Pharmacy stores and online on Amazon.com. Learn more about both products on the website.

Wow! I wish they had these when I was a kid. Whenever I got sick, I got that nasty grape Robitussin. I shudder just thinking about it!

I love that there is a lollipop version of these throat/cough soothers. This is perfect for my littles who are to small to have a cough drop!

Since it’s just me, I don’t really stock up on cold/flu meds. When I did have kids at home I keep a supply of medicine because they always seem to get sick in the middle of the night when you can’t run out and buy something.

Wow! What a great idea. They’ll think it’s candy and not actually medicine and be more apt to agree with taking it. I love it.

I’m going to check this one out for sure. It breaks my heart to see my little guy coughing so much. That soothing pops might be the remedy to soothe him.

I need to look for these! The colds are starting to make their way around the house and we could use a good natural sore throat pop
