My Wish For My Daughters

Apps Movies Games Books FEATURED

This is a sponsored post with Scholastic, but all opinions are our own.

I never would have thought I would be here as a mom of three, let alone a mom of three girls. My wish for my daughters is that they always know just how loved they are. That they know how capable they are, that they  see the light that shines within each of them. I hope my daughters know how much I admire them for who they are. I hope they know how many times I wished in my life for such happiness, and how they’ve given me that and so much more. I hope they are always curious and anxious to learn more. I hope they’re forgiving, and yet fearless in their dreams. I hope they know that they should always stand tall, and stand up for the things that they believe in. My wish for my three daughters is that they always know how incredible they are, and that they never give up on the things they are passionate about.

It’s all about spending as much time as I can with my youngest because, now that my oldest is a teenager, I know how quickly the time passes. I know that little moments can be so meaningful, and something as simple as reading a book can become a wonderful opportunity to create a lasting memory.  We just received the book My Wish for You by Kathryn Hahn and illustrated by Brigette Barrager, and I have to say, it’s everything I have ever wished for my children. The book quickly made a special place in our hearts, and Mia is requesting to read it every night. She’s just starting to read, so we are all about new books. This one is one that kids and parents are going to fall in love with. It’s good-for-the-soul kind of good, and builds kids up with the most delightful quotes.

Right now you can check out more about the book in this video :
