FEATURED Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

I participated in Mom Blog Tour Natural Products Expo West (#MomBlogTourFF) on behalf of Wendy’s Bloggers. I received Dr. Praeger’s products to facilitate my review, but my opinions and creative content are my own.

Many people don’t know what I recently took a full time job at a big company. That pretty much means that my entire life has shifted and I’ve had to find a new balance with my life. That also means that I have to pack those quick and easy meals for lunch. I need something that’s quick and easy and also something that is vegetarian friendly. I’ve never had to pack a lunch every day but now I realize how important it is for me to have fresh wholesome meals that are easy to make.

Dr. Praeger’s is that easy meal solution that’s found right in my grocer’s freezer isle. Their great tasting foods are one of my favorite go-to meal solutions and they really are kid friendly. Some of my favorite products are the simple ones like these broccoli cakes. Being vegetarian means that often meals can get rather boring. I mean I love vegetables and fresh fruits but I also like to mix it up. Dr. Praeger’s easy grab-and-go foods are simple to make and tastes great. Plus I actually know what is inside and can feel great about it.  Plus they have an entire line of kid friendly products like veggie nuggets and my kiddos new favorites Spinach Littles.

I like to make their broccoli cakes for an easy go to lunch almost any day of the week. What I love about them is how soft they are are how they’re so great tasting. I like to have them with veggies and fresh fruit for the perfect afternoon pick me up.

It’s really all about creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. Dr. Praeger’s allows me to easily do that in a way that taste great and feels great too.

What are your favorite easy meal ideas?
