I am happy to partner with Medifast on this post.

In October my five year old got sick. It all happened right after we got back from Mexico on vacation so we found ourselves at the hospital for 11 days. Two surgeries later and my daughter was back to her normal self. I really couldn’t believe that the entire month we spent in and out of the hospital and between all that stress I still found myself trying to live a normal ordinary life.

Getting out of the hospital it’s taken some time to just get our lives back together. Back into routines in between all our school breaks has also been hard. This seems to be the case with weight loss and how my life goes. I start strong and then life happens and things slow down. Except it hasn’t I’m determined to just keep going strong and keep trying to lose weight. One of the easiest things to do is give up when life gets stressful but it’s even harder to just keep going.

Luckily Medifast has made it was for me to keep going strong. Their meals are portable and can easily be taken on the go. I’m a big fan of the bars and shakes. They’re just complaint with my on the go lifestyle and one of the ways I have bene able to stay motivated while trying to lose weight. medifast breakfast bar
