South Park: The Fractured but whole video game for Xbox One, PS4, and Windows is a game for any South Park fan. This game slash movie was like playing a game and also watching a movie playout. With multiple ways to play it out based on ones social class and even skin color, adjusts game play.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole is not a cartoon, its an adventure for Adult Fans
This game is not for Kids. It is rated Mature 17+ for a reason. It contains many adult situations, words, just things not suitable for kids. As I told Michael Pena the actor one time, we are still young parents and the kids do go to bed, while referring to watching some of his movies. We like comedy but keep our kids aware of what is for us and what is for them.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole is a fun and kept me laughing game. It allowed a lot of open play. The game plays like the animated television series and looks like it. It also is based off of the super hereos franchises that are battling it out to create a media franchise. My group was led by Cartman and he has a mission to create a series of movies and shows based off the characters.
As they work their way through the days ahead, the team has to solve mysteries and fight battles to figure out who is behind the crime syndicate taking over South Park. Its funny coming across different South Park episode moments such as “cheesing” or the framing of Tokens dad, to PC principle. The game is full of very dark humor and again for South Park fans.
The game play is that of an RPG in that it allows for a combat system with different moves and turn based combat. Also I was able to adjust future powers based off items I would loot from packages, mailbox and searching around the map. Its pretty much like any typical RPG except its based in South Park with the freedom to roam the entire city.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole is available now for Xbox One, PS4, and PC DVD-Rom and online download.
