This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Fender for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Our daughter has wanted to learn to play the guitar and she had the unique opportunity to learn to play the guitar right at home with Fender Play. The customized curriculum allowed her to learn how to play with the music she loves through her own path.

With hundreds of instructional videos and hands-on exercises Fender Play has lead our daughter down a learning path based on her own musical preferences. The curriculum is designed so that after a few short lessons, you will be able to learn something new, whether it’s a skill, a recognizable riff or even a full song. Since our daughter has had two months working with the curriculum, she’s actually been able to learn a song. She’s not the quickest at learning new things, so I really liked how the videos are high quality and actually show her what she could be doing, and what it sounds like.

I really like how Fender Play incorporates top-quality 4K video production to provide that clear curriculum to properly learn how to play. There are different angles and views that really make you feel like you’re right there with the instructor learning to play. For teaching children, this is a must and such a valuable tool for learning to play guitar from home. For our daughter, it’s given her a clear understanding of the basics of learning to play the guitar.

Our daughter has been so thrilled about learning to play the guitar that last weekend we headed to the beach and she had to take it with her.

We had a quiet family bonfire in Hunting Beach and just watching my girls have fun is why I push them to learn new things. My other girls had fun dancing to Brooklin’s music and she really loved getting to show off all the things she’s learned from Fender Play.

Did you know that learning to play an instrument can help build a child’s self-confidence? It’s not only great for their growing minds but it’s true. My kiddo feels incredibly proud of herself and her sisters were quite impressed that she learned to do that all by herself too.

I love seeing her accomplish something she’s been wanting to do. It’s great to see her come so far and I know that as she continues to learn Fender Play will be there to help guide and teach her. Her path to play will only continue and I can’t wait to see how far she’ll go!

You can learn to play guitar too with Fender Play. Sign up and learn more about the Fender subscription service.
