I am proud to partner with Medifast on this post All opinions are my own.
I just started the start Medifast Go! program and I’m also still working out. We went on vacation a few weeks ago so just getting back into our schedules has been helpful. My workouts since vacation have left me really tired since I’m doing two training sessions at an hour a piece and Zumba in between. I know that fitness is all about exercise but also about what you eat. It’s nice to have a challenge with weight training and I know i can reach my goals with weight loss.
I’ve had a chance to start my nutritional goals with the Medifast Go™ 30-Day Select Kit. To start it includes 30 full days of meals to help you burn fat and lose weight fast. I like that there is a wide variety of on-the-go options, and low-prep hot meals (just add water, mix and pop in the microwave). Plus you get to pick your own foods. I like that I can have some of my favorites like mashed potatoes. There are also on the go options which is great for someone like me.
As much as I like weight training I love zumba even more. I’ve bene doing dance fitness now for almost ten years and it’s just a wonderful part of my life. In between helping out at my kiddos school and then running off to the gym I try to grab a quick meal. I like that Medifast is made for on the go meals which means that I can stay focused on my nutrition as well as my fitness goals. I know that as long as I am doing what I love and working towards my goals I’m going in the right direction.

This looks like great healthy food.
I lost 20 pounds, but now I am stalled. I have to do something to step up my weight loss. I am going to count calories and find out if I am eating to many calories. I think counting calories is the key.
For sure, just easy to not count sometimes. 🙂
