We are happy to partner with Stick 2 Me on this post.

Now that we’re going back to school it’s really time to get our kids ready. One of the things that can happen in school especially with three kids is that kids can start to lose things. Also if things are lost you’ll want them to be able to be found.

This year our daughter goes to a school where she takes a laptop to school. She’s in third grade so teaching her to be responsible for her things is extremely important. So we’ve labeled all of her things clearly to start. There’s other things you can do too that are simple to help your child when it comes to losing things at school. Stick2Me tags for school

5 Simple Tips To Help Your Child Stop Losing Things At School

  1. Don’t Be A Pack Rat – I like to minimize the amount of things my kids take to school. They really don’t need a whole lot so it’s generally things like keeping track of their lunch boxes.
  2. Check Their Bags Often – It’s simple just check out what they have going on. I actually check each of my girls bags when they get home and go through any and all homework and make sure they bring back what they took to school.
  3. Know Where To Go – If your child has lost something do you know where the lost and found is? Can you send an email to your child’s teacher?
  4. Label Everything – Get customizable labels like the one from Stick 2 Me and make labeling your child’s belongings easy. They are durable because they are waterproof and resistant in the dishwasher, microwave, washing and drying machines.

I like this idea. Seems like a fun idea for younger school children. My niece would enjoy having her name on her school supplies.
