FEATURED Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

This post was sponsored by Tai Pei and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I always have the hardest time with lunch. It’s always that in between meal that gets me. After the gym and before I really start into my daily workload. It’s important that I get a healthy lunch though as I’m trying to meet my own fitness and health goals. I’m always looking for unique and delicious ways to make lunch easy. Tai Pei has unique lunch ideas that are far from ordinary right in our local grocers freezer isle.

I like how they all have 14g of protein or more. That means you’ll get a filling lunch that will help get you through the rest of the day.

I like that they’re a simple solution to my on the go lunch habit. I need something that’s easy and that I can literally grab and go with. I like that with Tai Pei I can easily cook one in the microwave for lunch and be on my way. I’m a big fan of fresh foods and trying to pack in all the extra veggies I can wherever I can. It’s important to me that our family eats a balanced whole diet so I try to add in extra vegetables wherever I can. One of my favorite ways to enjoy Tai Pei is on a bed of salad. Their shrimp fried rice and delicious and so fresh. It’s a great tasting addition to my salad and helps fuel me through my day.

I like that Tai Pei is fresh and you can taste it in every bite. It’s packed full of delicious flavorful vegetables and you can find different varieties. My kids favorite is the Sweet & Sour Chicken. They’re so easy to make our whole family enjoys them and I love how simple and easy they are to make. They’ve helped keep me on my healthy diet and yet I can still feel good about what I’m eating because it tastes great too!

You can learn more about Tai Pei on their website. Also get your coupon and Save $1.00 on ONE (1) Tai Pei® Entrée (7.9 oz. or larger) or Appetizer.

What are some simple ways you enjoy lunch on the go?

We love the Tai Pei lunches in the box. They are so good and not expensive. We have these for dinner a lot and the kids love it! They like eating out of a box.
