I always have the hardest time with lunch. It’s always that in between meal that gets me. After the gym and before I really start into my daily workload. It’s important to me that our family eats a balanced whole diet so I try to add in extra vegetables wherever I can. One of my favorite ways to enjoy Tai Pei is on a bed of salad. Their shrimp fried rice and delicious and so fresh. It’s a great tasting addition to my salad and helps fuel me through my day.

They’re so easy to make our whole family enjoys them and I love how simple and easy they are to make.
