After having my second baby I found myself overweight and unhappy. After going through a really rough year I decided never again I would allow myself to feel that way. I decided that if I didn’t like the person I saw in my photos then I should work to change it so that’s exactly what I’ve done. Working towards better health and in turn learning to life a happier more full life. I didn’t want my girls to grow up with a mom who couldn’t run after them at the park and who was too tired to do anything fun with them. That’s why I decided to make an effort and change, not only for my children but for our futures together.

Being a vegetarian Nutrisystem let me pick meals that fit with my personal diet and I really appreciated that.
One of the biggest things to losing weight is that found something that I loved to do. I loved to dance and so I started zumba, at first it was hard but I found over time that all that extra fat just melted off once I got active. That’s the biggest key to success, find something you love to do and do that!! If you do that your workout will never feel like a workout.
