Family Travel With Kids

We were given an Applebee’s Gift Card as form of compensation for this post, all opinions are my own. applebee'sWe’ve been so busy this summer so it’s nice to just take a week to hang out and have fun around town as a family. We were given the opportunity to head to our local Applebee’s to try out their new wood fired menu selections like their Wood Fired Grill Salads.

I like that right at our local Applebee’s we are able to find such a unique wood fired menu, and there’s so many delicious choices to pick from that are wood fired. Our kids had a great time at Applebee’s too, we found plenty of healthy choices to pick from on the kids menu. With side like yogurt and fresh berries my kids already are asking to go back! wood fired grill applebee'sIt’s oftentimes hard to find flavorful salads and so I was thrilled to find one at Applebee’s that’s truly unique and loaded with flavor. I tried the Watermelon and Spicy Chicken Salad and it was delicious. The watermelon was grilled on the wood fire and it had the most delicious dressing on the salad. It’s probably one of my new favorites and I’d totally order this again and again. watermelon salads
