Mothers Day

2016-04-22 12.23.58Moms are so special, throughout our lives they are there for us in every way. I think that’s why I was so inspired to be a great mom so I can create lasting memories and connections with each of my children. We are happy to partner with The History Project on this post.

The History Project is helping families honor mom this Mother’s Day with a quick, easy, and free way to create a memory-based gift that is special and priceless. Mother’s Day is the perfect time to create a gift that is meaningful and from the heart so this is one gift that is exactly those things.

You start with a picture, write a note or record a story of your favorite memory together.  Then you can easily share, and she can listen to it again and again. I really like the idea of making this a yearly thing, you could do updates with your favorite recent memories and as your mom gets older she can look back at all the moments you’ve made and hear your voice to go along with it. Even better is that it’s free and easy to use. mothers-dayWhen I started this blog almost 10 years ago it was to record a journal and moments of my children’s life. I can’t think of a more special way to give back and share something truly heartfelt with your mom than by sending her a memory like this.

The History Project sees a world in which they believe moments that matter should be saved and be able to be easily accessed. Together each of these moments tell a story, it’s almost like a scrapbook come to life, so I hope you will take the time to visit The History Project website to get started on your own FREE Mother’s Day moment.

What’s one free gift you can give mom this Mother’s Day?
