I love when I can share some of my favorite things that I grew up with as a child with my children. From old shows, music, movies, to toys, there are so many things that they can still have fun with like I did more than 30 years ago. What makes it even better is when they love the things that I have created fun memories from.
One fun cartoon and group of mystery solvers I used to watch everyday after school was Scooby Doo and his gang of thinkerss and problem solvers. Of course I loved the fun antics of Shaggy and Scooby, but watching Velma, Fred, and Daphne solving crimes created another side to the story that many people today tune in every night to watch as adults, mystery solving shows.
Another fun toy that I spent many years of my life playing with were LEGOS. I love that LEGOS are still around and have done more to make them fun and modern such as their expanded and themed sets. My daughters have their collection of my old LEGOS and their new themed LEGO sets, and now we have added the Scooby Doo Crew and so many other fun sets, we can mix the best of both worlds!
