Each day I try to wake up and do one thing for myself. That’s after I get our girls ready and off to school but it’s an hour each day that I give to myself to do one thing that I enjoy. It might be drinking tea and reading the news, it could be going for a run or a yoga class. I think the best way to stay healthy and happy is to take care of yourself and that’s exactly what Violet® iodine’s mission is. To better support women’s health and that’s why we are proud to partner with Violet® iodine on this sponsored post. do more of what makes you awesomeEach month during a woman’s period so many women suffer from tender breasts. Violet® iodine aims to end that discomfort. Studies also show how important iodine is to your overall health. breast health violetIodine’s primary role in the body is in the creation of the thyroid hormones. Since the thyroid absorbs iodine to make and release these essential hormones into the blood. It also helps to support proper thyroid function, iodine has other important effects though including maintenance of healthy breasts.

I found this fact to be incredibly interesting and it showed me that not only will Violet® iodine help my monthly breast tenderness  but can help my overall and long term health as well. violet iodine for breasts Since seaweed is a staple of the Japanese diet and coincidentally contains large amounts of iodine. It’s has been known that Japanese women have breast cancer rates roughly one-third of those found in American women, a difference that diminishes in Japanese women who immigrate to the US, where they consume considerably less seaweed or other forms of iodine in their diet.

I try to eat healthy everyday and make sure to take my vitamins. I will have to talk to my doctor about checking my iodine levels so that I know if I need to take something additional such as Violet.
