Make Healthy Family Meals With Less Fat Using The Phillips Airfryer

You are here: Home / Fun Foods for Families / Make Healthy Family Meals With Less Fat Using The Phillips Airfryer

Fun Foods for Families Giveaways

This is a sponsored post sharing the Philips Airfryer, an awesome fryer that uses only air and no oil.

Having a house of 5 people, food is something that is just a common thing. From waking up to sleep, someone is always snacking or eating. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner we find ourselves making a lot for us and the kids.

1

What’s most important is making sure our kids and ourselves area eating healthier foods. But the problem is usually foods that can be prepared very fast are not always the healthiest, unless they raw veggies. We have found way to reduce our intake of not just food but the fast, carbs and sugars.

The Philips Airfryer is a helpful tool in our kitchen. Just as the name implies, air is used to fry foods. This means those easy to make foods can be heated without any oils, microwaves, or stove/oven. This great device is simple to use. Set your heat, timer and start. I have found myself making so many things with my Airfryer.

fried cake chocolate doughnutsFrom frozen foods, to fun pastry ideas, (air) fried foods, we and our kids can make anything with just the simplicity of hot forced air. Food still comes out looking like it was prepared the old-fashioned unhealthy way, in a fryer, but takes just as good as being cooked in a fryer without the FAT!

3

Join the Home30 Challenge and join us in healthy, home-cooked meals every day. It’s the Airfryer’s spin on the ‘Whole30’ healthy food plan currently trending.

You can call the Philips Airfryer mom’s secret weapon with how easy it is to create homemade meals for the whole family with ease. No giving up the taste or quality because the Airfryer makes food perfectly cooked. Fast, easy to use and has little cleanup, make those favorite dishes with up to 70% less fat.

The Airfryer’s screen also anything that will drip to not cook into the food. Great thing with the Airfryer is food stays moist.

2

And when you are done remove the cooking screen and toss your foods onto your favorite plate.

Wow, I bought Philips air fryer 1 month ago. With the recipe book in the deal,
I have totally made 10 recipes with an air fryer, namely french fries, chicken wings,
onion ring, grilled eggplant, chocolate tart and so on. I do not add any extra oil
for all except 1 tablespoon for the chips for more shining coat.
But if I’m lucky enough I can win one more which can be great for
my party next time as I don’t have to fry so many batches of food to serve all.
Should it’s not expired I will try.
