I want to tell you a sad reality for some children in this world. As we are coming up on Father’s Day in the U.S. it is seen as a day to remember our fathers. What if if you a child who was subjected to such horrible traumas that a day like Father’s Day has little meaning to him? What if you could help these hurting children even from thousands of miles away?

CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty with a commitment to empowering women and girls. CARE is committed to its mission to serve individuals and families in the poorest communities in the world.

CARE facilitates lasting change by:
• Strengthening capacity for self-help
• Providing economic opportunity
• Delivering relief in emergencies
• Influencing policy decisions at all levels
• Addressing discrimination in all its forms

With Father’s Day fast approaching, speak up for the boys around the world who are being forced to become dads too soon. Right now you can stand alongside the men in Nepal who are fighting to stop child marriage, and join CARE’s efforts in raising awareness about this cause.

Forcing children to marry is a human rights violation. Congress agrees, but we need your to help make sure they make fighting child marriage a priority. Learn more about child grooms and sign the letter to congress urging their support.

Please take the time to give back in the simplest of ways, sign now.
