    My girls dance folklorico, so that’s how we celebrate. My husband is Mexican, Cinco de Mayo isn’t celebrated in Mexico…September 16th is.

    We love Mexican food and always eat some on May 5th. Rotel is so great for dips. I love to use it all the time.

    Cinco de Mayo, the great american mexican holiday :p We do eat a lot of mexican food though, I blame having a hispanic roommate in the Army who’s wife cooked like crazy.

    My Cinco de Mayo party is not complete unless I use Rotel! I use their tomatoes in my spicy cheese dip and my enchilada bake.
