It’s no secret that I have struggled with my weight for the past few years, after having my second and third children I find myself more motivated than ever to finally get back on track and lose the weight. For the last six months I have been using Weight Watchers to not only track my activity and food consumption but to meet with my personal coach and stay on track with my goals.
Using the Weight Watchers app and my personal coach I actually got to learn about what foods I should be eating and where my strengths and weaknesses are. Combining both services has no doubt given me much success with my weight loss.
The hardest part about losing weight has been really taking a look in the mirror at myself and stop giving myself excuses and start holding myself accountable. The older I get the more I can see where my strengths and weaknesses are and the more I am able to honestly take a look at where I am and I’m happier than ever because of it.
When I hear my friends talk about dieting for summer it breaks my heart because losing weight is so much more than just dieting. Weight Watchers helped me believe in myself because I finally learned how to eat and what I should be eating. If you fuel your body with good foods you not only lose weight but you regain confidence and I’m feeling better than ever because of it!
