Fun Foods for Families

Hellmans Bestfoods Picnic (6)It’s spring time here in California which means we are spending more and more time outdoors and for our family that means we are taking our meals outdoors too and celebrating spring with a family picnic.

This last weekend the weather was exceptionally beautiful here in California so my oldest daughter gathered with her friends for some fun. After we had a family picnic and even though our days are filled with fun and friends and activities it’s nice to know we can still spend those special moments together as a family.

Growing up on hot summer days we would enjoy cold tea and sandwiches. Lipton is just one of those brands I have always known and even now I can almost smell the sweet smell of dirt in our hair and all the joy that was my childhood summers.  I hope to create those same memories with my daughters and so picnics are a great way to create those lasting memories. Sweet summer tea and fresh sauteed vegetables is the way we go.

Spring is here in FL and we’re taking our meals outdoors now. Of course we drink a lot of tea here in the south so Lipton tea bags is always on my grocery list!

The most important tip is to find some place out the way so you are not bothered by other people during your quiet picnic.
