Kaila getting older means she is busy. She has her friends, plays at the park and is busy with all her activities she needs something to stay in touch. Smartphone are great because they are phones and also mini computers. They can provide internet, music, games, movies, great photo taking and so much more.
The new Moto X lets you customize your phone however you want. Just pick the back and front colors, accent colors, choose a custom short message laser engraved into the exterior of the phone. We also set up a persona greeting and wallpapers, so when Kaila gets it she could use it right away, no setting up.
There are so many materials for the exterior, including the limited edition Authentic Horween football leather backing for the ultimate football fan, but Kaila was more interested in the colorful selection. She also thought the wood was cool, and was available in a wide range of finishes including bamboo, ebony finish, and a teak finish. Leather backings are available in black, natural, cognac, and navy blue.
Kaila decided on one of the cool colors, turquoise. There are also other pastel and colorful choices available for that personal touch. Next is the choice between a white or black front. You can also select your trim for the bezels and buttons. The Moto X comes in 16GB, 32 GB, & 64 GB memory options.
And to let Kaila really make it her own, she engraved the backing with a simple and elegant “Kaila’s Phone.” What’s great about having a personalized phone is the ease to identify it, and with kids sometimes they put down their phones at the dance studio, or playing with friends, now they can stand out with their own style choices.
The new Moto X features a perfectly-sized 5.2-inch HD display and curved frame to fit the hands. Use your voice to do even more with the built in voice assistance feature and recognition along with naming it whatever you want. Ask questions like “what’s the weather near me” or “find me the closest toy store.” Or just have fun. With Android smartphone the selection of apps is huge along with your favorites like Facebook, Twitter, Google Play Music and Pandora.
The Moto X’s camera will capture every can’t-miss moment, including most dimly lit parties and activities. The Best Shot feature is interesting because it takes several photos before and after you shoot your picture and picks the best shot. Another fun feature is the highlight reel that will group pictures from an event, activity, party or on vacation, and organizes with options for music and special effects.
The new Moto X is a sharp premium smartphone with an affordable price. It is available for $99 with a two-year contract and $499 without a contract. Add $25 for the wood or leather backs.
