mobile_devices_v4Trulia is an all encompassing real estate platform that makes home buying, selling or renting easy. They offer numerous tools to help walk you through the entire process. Trulia has up- to- date pictures and listings and have simplified the house hunting process by including everything you need to know all in one place. Trulia includes information and ways to help you find an agent and offers advice to help you get financing for that dream home.

The website, Trulia.com, and their app, available on all devices, offers details on properties and even includes information on the neighborhoods- so you will know if your dream home is in that dream neighborhood. No matter what kind of home you are searching for, Trulia can help you find it. Many people search for a property by how many bedrooms or bathrooms a place has. One feature that many buyers look for as a feature is a chimney.

Chimneys mean wood burning fires and warmth. But during the Christmas season, chimneys also mean that Santa has a way in to deliver all of his toys for Christmas.

Trulia has recognized that modern houses aren’t always built with a chimney. This leads to the age old question- If there is no chimney, how does Santa get in? Brooklin Christmas TreesantaWith the holidays around the corner, Trulia is having a contest to find out. They want to know what your kids think!

So I asked Brooklin how does he gets in in this video: From November 24 through December 8, you can record your little one explaining “How does Santa get into homes without a chimney?” Then post it on YouTube or Twitter to @Trulia with #NoChimneyNoProblem. Be sure to Follow Trulia on Twitter. Each post will automatically be entered for a chance to win $500! Trulia is also going to match the donation for every winner, and donate to Toys for Tots to help less fortunate children get a wonderful holiday.

Remember right now 10 winners will be chosen and a matching donation of $5,000 will be presented to Toys for Tots! View the contest rules and details.

Trulia is making searching for a home easy and fun again.

So how does Santa get in without a chimney?

This was always the big question for me growing up and then for my son. We always lived in apartment buildings. We used to leave the window open just a bit for Santa to get in lol.

My mom always told us that Santa has a magic key that can open any door he wants. When my son realizes we don’t have a chimney, that will be my story!

What a fun idea! We do not have a chimney, so that would be a fun question to answer here. Not that our son would believe anything!

My parents always told me that Santa could open any door with his magic powers, so he didn’t really need a chimney. I never thought to ask why he would ever use a chimney if he could just magically unlock a door.

This is so fun. I love hearing what kids think.

LOL, this has come up in our house because we don’t have a chimney. Thankfully Santa has a master key that will allow him to get into any house with kids 😉
