This last month we spent more time loving our favorite vegetables and more time making sure we ate plenty of them! During the last month we ate loads of broccoli, I counted and our family ate 10 cups of just broccoli! We added fresh tomatoes and vegetables to whatever meals we could and celebrated with a few f our favorite recipes along the way. The one thing we hope to inspire other families to do as we head into a new year is to eat more vegetables! Add them to everything!
