It’s time to start thinking about those great gift ideas for the kiddos and this time of year it seems like my girls are always asking for new video games. Maybe it’s those long car rides or all the time they spend trying to entertain themselves during the holidays but games are great gifts for kids. We bought our oldest daughters their own Nintendo systems, Kai got a 3DS and Brook a 2DS. This is great because any 3DS game can play on the 2DS.
Our girls got to try out the new Ubisoft: Petz Beach Game and it’s a great game for our oldest because it allows you to look after your very own pets. Kai loves to explore and having 50 different pets to look and care after, she had fun being the Animal handler. Brooklin also had fun just playing and interacting with the 20+ different breeds of dogs and cats! Also Petz Beach is set with a beautiful ocean vista including white sands and towering palm trees.
There are more than 50 different types of animals in the game from tons of dogs, a penguin, many breeds of cats, polar bears, dolphins, and a whale. Also something that is really fun is that the environment in game changes with the seasons, the adventure lasts all year long! With migration season being here this is great to teach them and for them to think why do animals move around during the year.
The game also expands as you play. As players explore the town and meet new neighbors with their pets, the game expands and grows. Helping new friends will expand the village as the game progresses. There are more than 200 in-gam collectibles and so many villages to explore ad quests to complete!
Learning while on the journey. Through its partnership with Encyclopaedia Britannica, Petz Beach incorporates learning along the way. As kids care for their pets and complete missions, they’ll learn facts about animals, plants and insects! This is why Pets Beach is great for both our daughters and Kai can turn on the 3D action to added dimensional fun!
Would you kids like a new game for Christmas?
