dance brooklin hip hopPlaying is so important and our girls love to play. Our afternoons are filled with time at the dance studio and we wouldn’t change a thing. See play is important for kids. Not only to keep them happy and healthy but because it builds strong social and emotional skills as well.
dance brooklin 2014With all the playing we do it’s just as important that we fuel up before we play. With dance three hours a day some day it’s important that our girls have everything they need to stay fueled. quaker play maker

This fall, Quaker is joining forces with Fuel Up to Play 60 and the NFL to launch the For the Love of Play campaign to help fuel healthy families and encourage them to get active for 60 minutes of play a day. So whether it’s dance or flag football get out and play every day!

A healthy lifestyle means that you get plenty of exercise but nutrition is just as important. Start the day with a hearty bowl of oatmeal, enjoy a quick snack before an after school activity or grab a granola bar for in between. Quaker is one of those brands we can rely on to keep us fueled and ready to go. Quaker Oats (1)
