safely treat lice

If you have ever dealt with a lice infestation you will sympathize with me when I say, dealing with lice might be one of the worst things I have had to do as a mother. Last year we moved from Oregon to California and our children started new schools. What we learned was the warmer climate was a safe haven for lice and it seems to be a much bigger problem here. That’s why today we are partnering on a sponsored post in partnership with One2One Network and Licefreee.

At the end of the last school year we had our first run in with lice and I found treating them was harsh. Also dealing with a lice infestation was difficult and with three girls it quickly spread to each one. Now that I have dealt with a lice infestation I know how better to deal with one. One thing that is important to me is staying away from harsh chemicals. Not that we didn’t try them but after attempts they did not work and as a mom I didn’t feel good about using them on my children!

What I like best about Licefreee is that the active ingredient in Licefreee Spray is salt (aka, sodium chloride or natrum muriaticum). Therefore, the active ingredient is non-toxic.

The easy to use spray allows you to easily spray to apply which means no messes. It also comes with a comb which is needed for removing nits. It’s important that you also follow a few other easy steps to get rid of lice from your child and your home.

Fast and easy to use, just spray on the head lice treatment and it starts killing head lice and nits on contact. Allow Licefreee Spray to dry naturally, no rinsing or washing is needed.

Licefreee Spray has been tested to be effective in killing both lice and nits so nit-combing is not required for you to become lice free. However, most school do have a no-nit policies requiring that all nits are removed from the hair. For this purpose theyincluded a patented nit comb for effective removal of dead lice and nits.

10 Steps to being lice free

Licefreee can be used on children as young as 6 months. When our toddler also got lice I was so afraid to use chemicals on her, and even worse what if the chemicals got in her eyes. Licefreee is easy to use and also safe fir children making it an easy solution for moms like me. You can also find it nationally at major retailers so it’s a product that is easy to find.

Never dealt with it for 9 years until we moved to the hot climate down here. Never gave it much thought until dealing with it… bugs creep us out!

This is my biggest fear especially with my 5 kids. Sounds like a great product if kids get it, good to know there is a treatment!

I so wish this product was not necessary! I used to teach school. No lice please!

Luckily we have been lice free, but my poor niece has had them from her cousins multiple times, and she has a full head of hair! This looks perfect for the next unfortunate encounter!
