One thing our family loves is spicy foods, and at least once a week there is Mexican food served. We like to keep it spicy and that’s why using Texas Pete sauces is such an easy way to add flavor and spice up an ordinary dish.

You can find plenty of funTexas Pete Hot Sauce recipes that are a great way to spice up your summer.

  • sour cream

We started first by boiling the chicken to start cooking. We wanted to cut the chicken into strips to control the amount of heat on the chicken. Add a little water to the Texas Pete Sriracha Cha Sauce and poured it over the cut chicken pieces. You want 1/2 inch of water/sauce at the bottom of the pan.

Boiling Chicking (2)

Creating flavorful chicken is only the first step, allow your chicken to cook in the sauce to soak in the flavor.

Boiling Chicking Hot Sauce

Once your chicken is cooked and coated in spice you want to chop it up into pieces.

Cut up chicken

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Once your chicken is done you want to start layering your nachos for baking in the oven. We started with a layer of refried beans, chicken and cheese and peppers. Then you will allow it to bake.

It’s important to warm up those chips and melt the cheese!

I have to admit even with all the luv of siracha, I haven’t tried it yet. This sounds like the perfect recipe to try it – as I’m very curious – but just haven’t gotten around to finding a recipe I’d like to try it – done!!!

I’m afraid this would be too hot for my taste. I’d rather have ice cream.
