It’s summer which means we are busier than ever. If you are a mom who is on the go and staying healthy and fit all summer is important. One of the best thing about smoothies is that you can fix and match with whatever you may have in your fridge. Cherries are finally in season so there’s plenty of extra cherries to go around during the summer months and they are a great way to sweeten up a smoothie! I also like to add in carrots and blend it really well.
These smoothies are also great for the kiddos and mine enjoy them too. Using Silk Almond Protein + Fiber instead of milk is a great way to get in extra protein and fiber but also is more delicious than dairy milk!
