It’s finally time to start our grilling recipes and this grilled spicy corn is the perfect way to kick off summer. We eat a lot of Mexican food and with summer right around the corner this grilled spicy corn is not only packed with flavor but it’s a tasty new twist on your corn on the cob. Serves perfectly with grilled steak tacos and fresh salsa!
I am a huge fan of keeping recipes simple and flavorful. By shopping at local stores here in California I can easily find spices and sauces already mixed. A premade fajita spice with salt is the percet pairing for a sweet yellow corn. Add fresh cilantro and onion and 1 TSP of butter and wrap in Reynolds® Wrap Foil.
You will want to grill your corn on the cob for 20-30 minutes turning ocasionally. You want a medium to low heat so you don’t char the corn.
In the end you have a flavorful side to go with dinner!
