Family Travel With Kids

This post brought to you by Puerto Rico, The All-Star Island. All opinions are 100% mine.

Traveling is one of the most fulfilling things that I think people can do in their lifetimes. Traveling the planet has so much to offer, and to get a new experience many times you don’t have to travel to the other side of the Earth. Having 3 kids now we want to expose them to new things to do and see, to really understand how big the world is and we do our best to take them to new places.

We have yet to take them overseas or outside of the United States yet. But then again we do not have to take them far to see just amazing places and people and culture. With so much to experience around the United States, we look forward to checking out and seeing so much we have never seen and have many plans on our future itineraries.

Puerto Rico is a 5-star vacation destination to visit while getting to really experience another culture. With so much to do from golfing, to finding great food to eat, finding adventure, or even just enjoying the beautiful waters and beaches, Puerto Rico as a destination that can be visited without any passport requirements. Puerto Rico Tourism has partnered with the popular travel review website Trip Advisor and has created a series of short episodes that are narrated by different Puerto Rican stars giving a story of visiting the 5-star accommodations in Puerto Rico.

There is so much natural beauty to see and to physically experience. Of course the island is surrounded by 270 miles of coastline and was featured on the Travel Channel as a destination with the Top 10 beaches. Flamenco Beach in Culebra is described as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with its large white sandy beaches and emerald waters. Live your own 5-star vacation story in Puerto Rico.

But there is more than just beaches, explore the impressive Camuy caverns that run through the 3rd largest subterranean river in the world or glow like an angel while swimming in Bioluminescent bays. These waters are filled with microorganisms that will make your appear to glow while swimming! There is also the El Yunque rainforest that is run under US national park service and allows people to climb into the clouds.

And for those not looking for all the physical experiences, history Buffs can enjoy old world charm of San Juan. This historical land was once the crown jewel of the Spanish Empire in the Americas. This preserved site features a fortified and walled city with fortresses and brightly colored buildings. Foodies can explore the land and experience the finest delicacies that Puerto Rican gastronomy has to offer. And of course do not forget its famous Rums.

Seriously, if you’re looking to plan that next vacation or travel getaway, consider visiting paradise. It’s not over the oceans and requires no passports or foreign currency. You can check out Puerto Rico’s world-class attractions and Live your own 5-star vacation story in Puerto Rico.
