Kraft Banana Cream Pie Tarts With Mini Marshmallow Topping (6)1All week long we’ve been creating fun recipes just in time for spring. Using products from  Kraft yesterday we showed you an Easy Cream Pie Push Pops Recipe that your whole family is going to enjoy. I am a big believer in simple foods and sometimes the easiest meals are also the ones that are packed full of flavor.

One thing our family enjoys is bananas and there’s so many things you can create with banana so we decided to make one of our favorites, banana cream pie! These mini banana cream pies are topped with gooey marshmallow so they’re packed full of exciting flavors!

Mini Banana Marshmallow Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • pie dough
  • 1 box of Jell-O Banana Cream Pudding
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 bananas chopped
  • Kraft Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows
  • Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme

I love recipes that look like you took a lot of time to prepare them but in all actuality they are quite simple to create. This is one of those recipes. You will want to start first by creating your mini pie shells. I used a simple large muffin pan so they held their shape. Prepare your dough as directed.

The pudding is also another simple task just make as directed on the package and add in your banana and Cool Whip.

Once have your pudding and pie shells it’s time to start to assemble. First I melted a little of the Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream to make it a little softer and easier to work with. (Do not let your children handle hot marshmallow, it is HOT!) After heating for 30 seconds and stirring every 10 seconds it’s easy to work with and you’re ready to start assembling your mini pies.

To assemble your mini pies just fill pie shell with pudding and top with your Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme and Mini Marshmallows.
