TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Mousse Tarts (4)

This February, and for a limited time only, TruMoo is introducing NEW Chocolate Marshmallow Milk. TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow milk is delicious and nutritious. Made with fresh white milk, it’s the perfect chocolaty treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. And with no Artificial Growth Hormones and no High Fructose Corn Syrup, you can feel great about serving it to your family – or drinking it yourself.

Enjoy TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Milk cold, hot or use it as an ingredient in your favorite mocktail. Add crushed graham crackers to the rim of your glass, pour cold or hot Chocolate Marshmallow milk and you have yourself a s’more!

I like to mix it up and had fun creating a new dessert just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients:

  • TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Milk
  • Instant chocolate mousse mix
  • pie dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • hot cocoa with mini marshmallows

You’ll want to first start by preparing your pie dough. I use a mini muffin pan and make mini pie crusts for easy filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and they’re perfectly golden brown.

TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Mousse Tarts (2)You’ll want to prepare your chocolate mousse. Instead of using white milk I used TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Milk and prepared as is directed on the box.

To get the mini marshmallows for the topping I just purchased hot cocoa with marshmallows in them. Using a sifter I was easily able to get the marshmallows. I added fresh strawberries to top off these adorable mini treats!

TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Mousse Tarts (3)I think creating simple pleasures is what Valentine’s Day is all about and all month long it gives me another excuse to spoil my kiddos with dessert!

We always make a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s day since having kids. And the husband brings home some sort of deliciously fabulous sweet treat.
