Fitness Mom – My Favorite Running Gear

running gearFitness Mom Apparel is important and I might be a busy mom of three but I still make time for fitness. Whether it be at my favorite class in the gym or running to the beat of the music, fitness is something that is a part of my life. I have people ask me often what some off my favorite running gear is and personally I have taken the advice of other well known runners that I know.

procompression runningThere’s a few items that I just can’t live without. ProCompression socks and sleeves are one of them. While running I highly suggest a pair of Marathon Socks.  Compression technology like ProCompression helps improve blood flow, resulting in better, more consistent performance with less fatigue and faster, more efficient recovery. In addition to improving vascular performance, Marathon compression socks provide support to critical muscles and tendons, helping reduce inflammation and soreness.

For my every day gym wear I can’t live without my Trainer Low Socks. These socks have a built-in “Stabilizer Zone” which provide a comfort and a difference you’ll feel immediately. Plus this high-performance sock has been designed to eliminate slipping once it’s on your foot and inside your shoes. It’s my favorite sock to wear with my dance shoes for Zumba.

Another item on my must have list is a fitletic hydration belt. Running in California keeping water on you is a must as I have learned. Fitletic’s ergonomic design contours to your body to ELIMINATE BOUNCE and allows for single-handed access of bottles.

After testing my hydration belt out I completely agree that there is no bounce. It’s completely comfortable and by far the best thing I have added to my running gear. There’s also space for race bib’s and I am so excited to run my first race this weekend!

If you need something to hold your phone the lycra mini sport belt is by far my favorite choice. It easily holds your phone so you can keep your music comfortably playing your entire run. Shop these and other great fitletic products now on their website.
