I was compensated by Tyson Foods to produce this post.

This year I am more dedicated than ever to live a healthy and full life. Everything from family activities to meals is centered around the premise of each of us staying healthy and happy.

Tyson Foods is inspiring ordinary families like ours to stay active and healthy, and better yet spend more time enjoying each other. Tyson® Grilled & Ready® products “Just Add This” program is aimed at helping people take their New Year’s goals and turn them into lifetime habits by offering tips and recipes to make smarter eating choices and identify ways to squeeze in some exercise, even when pressed for time.

The premise of the “Just Add This” program is simple – just add a better-for-you ingredient, like Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken to a favorite salad, or just add a ten minute power walk to your daily routine and be on the way to a better lifestyle!

From now until March you can get access to great recipes by visiting Facebook.com/GrilledAndReady by clicking on the Just Add This tab.  There will be new tips and tasty new Grilled & Ready® recipes and good-for-you prizes, like a Lululemon® gift card and more!

What a nice simple recipe that I would love to try. We have a bike/walking trail right across the street from our house and I have never used it. I think this year is a time to change and start using it. I definitely need the exercise.
