Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

dunkin donuts mug upIt’s a new year which means we’re looking back on thee last year of our life and looking to make changes. My biggest goal in this new year is to run a half marathon. That means also reaching other health and fitness goals along the way.

Since I would like to do a half marathon I’m starting out my year doing a lot of running. In late November we moved from Oregon to California so I’m just starting to get back into a health and fitness routine.

This week I’ve gone running with one of my friends and with the California sunshine it might be January but it’s warm enough mid-day so we started out early in the morning. Come early afternoon and I’m reaching for my mug to keep me going and keep me feeling energized through the rest of my day.

This month there’s another new theme with The Dunkin’ Donuts Mug Up Contest, and this month it’s all about what’s recharging you!   It’s simple to enter just upload your photo of you and your coffee mug according to a new theme each month with #DunkinMugUp.

Personally nothing leaves me more charged than a good morning run and a delightful cup of coffee to relax with. A simple black cup of Dunkin’ Donuts original blend, light milk and one spoonful of white cane sugar and I have a satisfying and simply light cup of coffee!

Whether it’s simulation surfing or candlelight yoga, Dunkin’ Donuts wants to see how you plan to get charged in 2014. Upload a photo of yourself charging up with your daily coffee and launching a new hobby here for a chance to win prizes!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts . The opinions and text are all mine.
