It’s holiday entertaining season which means I will be serving plenty of pre-party dishes and mini appetizers. I think bite sized treats are a simple and easy way to serve guests snacks during a holiday get together. Since I will be doing a lot of entertaining this year I want to be sure we have plenty of them items we need for our favorite holiday recipes. I used my Kraft coupons to save big on products I use a lot.

Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Egg Salad Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Kraft® Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kraft® Mayo
  • 1 pre-made pie dough
  • 5 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • butter lettuce chopped

kraft finger foods (1)To start this recipe I started by prepping my ingredients by hard boiling the eggs, and cooking the bacon. You’ll wnat to chop your hard boiled eggs and combine in a bowl with the cheddar cheese.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake your mini pie shells for 13 minutes in a mini muffin tin. Once they are cooked simply combine your egg salad ingredients and top your cooled pie shells.

You could easily make this dish ahead of time and keep everything you need on hand. Simply top mini pie shells before guests arrive and you have a simple and delicious bite sized appetizer.

From shopping for gifts to planning family dinners, it’s hard to keep up with all your holiday to-do’s. This year, Kraft is helping out with great weeknight meals and entertaining ideas to make the season a little bit easier. Plus, Kraft is offering up to $20 in coupons, redeemable exclusively at Target, to make food shopping easier and to help you have a happy holiday season.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Kraft. The opinions and text are all mine.
