    I’d love to learn how to stay motivated and positive when I have a setback, and better ways to deal with stress and avoid emotional eating! For me, staying healthy and fit requires working in exercise and good eating into my mandatory daily routine and trying to avoid eating out as much as possible!

    I think I would like to learn whether you should ease into things slowly, or just push full force straight off. Any of his tips or tricks could be extremely useful. I am not fit, so I don’t know if my tips are worth a cent, but I would say you have to do something you find fun. And some things that seem like a lot of fun can be great for your body, like dancing, surfing, swimming, etc. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!

    Loved this book from front to cover and the audio was even better. Best advice was about paying for a gym membership and what fitness equipment works or helps the most (hint — not so expensive).

    This is something that i really need – I am active everyday but having an actual routine is something I cannot stay modtvated long enough to keep with.

    My husband must have tried doing the p90x video atleast 5 times and never completed it. The 1st time we were moving so we put it on hold for a year (whoops) 2nd time got to busy with work and used the excuse we will do it tomorrow I PROMISE!!!! well 3 more times of start and fail isnt helping. We need Motivation!!!!
