Fun Foods for Families Halloween Holiday Recipes Lunch box school lunch ideas Uncategorized

If you’re looking to make your family’s Halloween frightfully delicious, look no further than TruMoo Chocolate Milk and TruMoo Limited Edition Vanilla Milk (Which is also available in a Halloween orange color)!

TruMoo is the delicious trick to providing more nutritious treats. TruMoo, the nation’s leading ready-to-serve chocolate and vanilla milks, contains 35% less total sugar than the leading chocolate milk competitor, 40% less added sugar than the previous formulation and no high fructose corn syrup.
Enjoy TruMoo on its own or brew up these chocolate mousse graveyard cakes! To create these frightfully good deserts for my family I used TruMoo Chocolate Milk.
To create these spooky graveyard cakes I used my favorite chocolate cake mix and instead of using water I used TruMoo Chocolate Milk. Since baking is always much more fun with my girls I try to involve them where I can.
I baked as directed and the cake came out soo moist and delicious. While my cake was baking I created my own chocolate tombstones and bone pieces. I found the Halloween candy molds at a local craft and hobby store.

Once my cake was done I allowed it to cool.
To create the muddy graveyard center mousse I also substituted regular milk for TruMoo Chocolate Milk. To put the cakes together I first started with the cake.
Made a hole to fill in with bones and mud.
Fill with chocolate mousse and small chocolate bones.
Place the bones in the mousse mud.
Cover the mousse and bones with crushed chocolate cookie dirt.
In the end you have such a creative and fun dessert. You could easily hide the bones down in the cake to allow kiddos to dig them out. It’s such an easy and fun Halloween treat!

Using TruMoo Chocolate Milk you can also create other spooky treats!
The Spooky Smoothie is a flavorful combination of vanilla milk and Greek yogurt, which is blended with ice and topped with whipped cream. The fun is all in the orange-tinted Limited Edition TruMoo Lowfat Vanilla Milk, so make sure to serve it in a clear glass.

I’m working with Bzzagent and they allowed me to try some new trumoo limited edition vanilla in orange and original chocolate. I’m still waiting for them to show up in stores. I am so happy I found this recipe. If it’s alright with you, I would love to share this post on my blog http://thedishonparenting.blogspot.com/. Would that be alright. I have a few other recipes I was going to try but I def. want to make these for my kids.
