You are here: Home / Giveaways / New Battery’s To Power Through It All: Duracell Quantum – Giveaway

One brand our family can always rely on is Duracell and we recently were sent a package featuring the new Duracell Quantum batteries.  With its Hi-Density Core™ that stores more power than ever before, is the single solution for all household needs from remote controls to kid’s toys. Plus Duracell Quantum features PowerCheck on the battery cell so you will always know how much power is left in the battery – so nothing is wasted!

This summer, Duracell made a donation of 1 million of these powerful new batteries to first responders across the country because they need it to most to protect our families and communities.

To celebrate amazing work of first responder Duracell also developed a documentary-style series called Quantum Heroes – which is hosted by country music star Tim McGraw.  The series shares previously untold stories of bravery, heroism and sacrifice of first responders.

Rescuing the baby, of course. Anything that involves kids in danger brings me to tears. I am such a sap! Thanks so much for the chance! These would come in very handy with all the battery-powered Christmas gifts that will be under our tree!

What inspired me the most is the dedication of the firefighters. We lost my little brother to a house fire, so when the lady stated the soul moment she was correct. House fires are hard specially when you lose loved ones in them.

  32. Rebecca Orr says

    09/24/2013 at 10:41 pm

The fire woman that was so distraught at the thought of ever having to call a time of death on a baby and then her reaction to her recollection of the baby taking a breath. That was a true testament of how much if an impact us everyday citizens have on them, and at the same time, how much of an impact our fireman, paramedics, and police have on us as a society.

  33. Trisha B. says

    09/24/2013 at 7:06 pm

This is the best part about being a firefighter. They work hard to save lives by putting out fires and rescuing people and they truly succeeded by saving the life of this baby.

  34. Blessie Nelson says

The baby rescue in the video is an absolute heart grabber. The First Responders where I live are all volunteers. When a truck goes out, they have left their day job/their family/the food on the table/whatever they were doing to put themselves in danger to come to our aid. Our heroes recently not only saved the baby but also brought out the dog.
