Flavorful, Homemade Meals from McCormick – Italian Meat Loaf Recipe

Fun Foods for Families Giveaways Lunch box school lunch ideas Uncategorized

This post brought to you by McCormick & Company. All opinions are 100% mine.

Our family enjoys eating dinner together and when the weather is cold there's nothing better than a meatloaf for dinner. Everyone in our house enjoys it and since it's easy to do I can get dinner done quickly too. With a little help from McCormick spices I used their Italian Meatloaf Recipe to create a falvorful and filling meal for my family.

Italian Meat Loaf Recipe:

  • 1 lb organic ground beef
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning , divided
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

I combined the ingredients and baked in the oven for 55-60 minutes. The recipe actually calls for putting the tomato sauce over your meatloaf and then baking. If you don't like your tomato mixed in then I would suggest doing it that way. You can find the full Italian Meatloaf recipe here.

Check out my Instagram video:I served with vegetables that are in season, homemade mashed potatoes and I even made my own Italian Parmesan bread sticks. The meat loaf was really flavorful and I know what made this dish really burst with flavor was the McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning.

Visit McCormick.com and tell me what's your favorite spices or a recipe you would like to try.
