Family Travel With Kids

I did not realize I suffered from motion sickness until the past year. Traveling on an airplane anywhere has been quite difficult for me and this was especially true this past week when I flew to Chicago. I have found some helpful tips include sitting near the front of the plane and always take Dramamine an hour before your planned departure.

Like so many others I didn’t realize it was motion sickness, until I really decided to tackle the anxiety I have while flying or while taking long road trips. That queasy feeling that made me feel so anxious was just motion sickness and I have found great relief from actually taking the product while traveling.

The most important thing to remember about motion sickness is that you don’t have to let it interfere with your travel plans. By learning about the causes and best ways to prevent and treat it, you can enjoy worry-free travel year round. I’m so glad that I can finally travel well with Dramamine!

If you’re planning a road trip this summer you will want to check out the Road Warrior Alliance where you will find plenty of travel tips and tricks to keep the whole family enjoying the trip. Plus if you need help deciding on a destination or even advice on motion sickness be sure to check it out.

Do you have a funny story or an interesting tip for beating motion sickness in your travels? Submit your stories and  you could be eligible to receive a free sample of Dramamine.

I am a compensated brand ambassador who also happens to really suffer from motion sickness. All opinions – as always are my own.
