Family Travel With Kids Our Family Journal Uncategorized

I live every single day to try and find bliss in the moments that I am here. My favorite electrolytenments are when I am with my family. We truly enjoy spending time together and while at times it may be loud or chaotic there are other moments where we all find our bliss and enjoy just being together. Being active is one of the best ways that we can all get excited and find new and fun things to experience together.

This past week we spent a lot of time downtown as family. My husband and I are leaving for 6 days so we wanted to be sure we had time with the girls before we fly out for BlogHer 2013. We strolled down the waterfront in downtown Portland, Oregon and if you’ve never been here it’s an extraordinary place.

The food is so flavorful and fresh, you know it’s grown fresh nearby by a farmer who truly cares about food and bought locally at a farmers market. The people are a breed of their own, a little earthy and relaxed but I blame it on being so rain-soaked. There are great parks everywhere and so much green fields for running in and having fun. The forest are lush and the hiking is breathtaking – to put it simply it’s gorgeous here! Portland is a great place to raise a family and we really do enjoy spending time in our city walking around. And downtown is a great place to spend an afternoon, from the Saturday Market to the fountains, something for all ages!

Resource Natural Spring Water Portland Oregon (3)

We took our resource® Natural Spring Water with us since it’s been so hot we always bring water with us on our excursions. I can feel good about giving resource® Natural Spring Water to my family because it is 100% naturally sourced spring water and has naturally occurring electrolytes which is important for keeping hydrated especially for the little kids.  Plus the packaging is made with 50% recycled plastic [excluding label and cap] and fits into our busy and active lifestyle.

As we as a family continue on our paths towards electrolytenment together we will always remember to stop and take joy in the moments we are here. Years come and go and it feels like time flies by but if I can be present in every moment with my children right now I will. Its important to stay hydrated and alert, kids included as every moment can be a learning experience!

How are you on your path towards electrolytenment?

resource® Natural Spring Water is a holistic bottled water brand that sustains a lifestyle of well being – spring water with naturally occurring electrolytes for taste, a bottle made from 50% recycled plastic [excluding label and cap], and a source for discovery and enlightenment.

Many people don’t realize how quickly electrolytes can be depleted causing faiting, heart issues, and the like. Very important to keep hydrated and electrlyted. Thanks for the reminder.
