If you’ve ever suffered from a migraine you know how painful it can be, you also know that you are not alone. In fact 36 million other Americans also suffer from migraines and June is National Migraine Awareness Month. Maybe you are like me and didn’t actually know you were suffering from a migraine and actually thought it was just a simple headache. One thing I’ve learned from using the Excedrin My Migraine Triggers App is that there are often triggers that lead to my migraines. I can also easily track my migraines to share with my doctor.
