Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

This next weekend is Memorial Day weekend which also happens to land on Kaila’s 8th birthday!! We like to do the good old family tradition of pulling out the BBQ Grill and cooking up some great tasting food!  King’s Hawaiian has reshaped Kaila’s favorite rolls into hotdog and hamburger buns. But to be honest all of us really like King’s Hawaiin sweet rolls so we were all happy to try them with some grilled dogs and burgers.

They’re sweet and flavorful and turn an ordinary meal into an extraordinary one. Since we used hotdogs and hamburgers we decided to leave out the ketchup and the sweetness added a nice savory touch! Next month we’re planning a big luau birthday party for our girls to celebrate their birthdays and we are planning on serving a number of King’s Hawaiian dishes including hot dogs and hamburgers, and even a sweet pork sandwich. I can’t think of a better luau birthday party food!

Kings Hawaiin has that unique taste that we have made everything from pancakes to soon to make a tasty chicken pineapple veggie sandwich, so check out our latest every day grilling meal below.

One of our favorite ways to bring our family together is that simple family BBQ on a warm summer night. I’m looking forward to many more nights like this with our family, making memories and eating delicious food.

Brooklin said they were sweet and so great with her hotdog and of course Kaila enjoyed her tasty burger as well. Kaila, did however decide that King’s Hawaiian just makes the meal better!

So whether you’re grilling for Father’s Day, a graduation, Memorial Day or just a weekend family meal check out the New King’s Hawaiian lines of buns and breads and enjoy their tasty sweet original Hawaiian bread.
