Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

My mornings are dedicated to my children with two kiddos going to school our mornings are really busy. From the moment we wake up it’s all about getting their morning started so I usually try to sneak in breakfast while they eat.  My usual piece of toast and cup of cottage cheese has left bored with my routine so I was thrilled when I was selected to partner on this review with Silk Fruit & Protein. It’s a juicier way to get protein and is fast and easy and tastes really great. It’s another way to support my healthy lifestyle and it tastes great too. There are three delicious flavors; Mixed Berry, Mango Peach, Strawberry Banana.

I can also feel good about my kiddos drinking it and it’s a great way to add extra protein to their breakfast. I think all too often parents underestimate how much their children need a healthy filling meal in the morning so they can concentrate on their work and not their tummies. Silk Fruit & Protein is something I have added to my children’s mornings and I feel good knowing they are prepared for their day ahead plus it’s an excellent source of Calcium, Vitamin D, & Vitamin C. Which means it’s a great way for my girls to also start the day!

Silk Fruit & Protein is a great way to wake up my morning routine and add something that tastes great and is great for my entire family. Silk Fruit & amp;Protein is a delicious fruit juice blend so it’s a tasty snack for powering through my day.

I like to add in fresh berries if I have some extra time, it’s also really filling and tastes great after a long workout. I was able to easily find Silk Fruit&Protein at my local grocery store right with all of the other Silk products. You can find a store near you that carries the new Silk Fruit & Protein here.

With every cup of Silk, you get calcium, vitamin D and the goodness of soy, almonds or coconut. Whether organic or natural, all of the Silk products are made with non-GMO ingredients so I can also feel good about Silk fitting into my family.  I only want the best for my family and Silk Fruit & Protein fits into our healthy lifestyle very well.

I’m familiar with the original Silk blend, but I didn’t know they had made a fruit smoothie! That’s great! I usually try to drink a protein smoothie when I have time to make it in the morning, but the Silk Fruit&Protein would be a lot quicker and I would still get about the same nutrients! I would love to try the Mixed Berry flavor!

I have tried the Mixed Berry flavor and love it! I haven’t added fresh fruit to it. I love the taste of it when it’s ice cold! My kids also like it love. They have even made smoothies with it by adding ice cream. Delish!
