    Make ahead (and freeze) veggie enchiladas. The kids love these and they are so quick and easy to just pull out of the freezer.

    Easy meal ideas for me would be some turkey burgers on the grill. Love them with baby spinach, tomato and miracle whip

    Anything quick and easy in the crockpot! We do chicken and cheese w/ rice a lot. Meatloaf. Spaghetti.

    Easy meals for me are the frozen bags of yummy orange chicken and put over rice and I just picked up a pack of 4 white rice for just that

    I love minute rice but have never tried the ready to serve version so I would love to try this!
