One thing I love is fresh fruit and there’s nothing quite like a refreshing fruit smoothie. Whether it’s warm sunny day or just an ordinary day after a work out one thing I really do enjoy is Naked 100% Fruit Juice Smoothies.

I also really enjoy finding unique and new ways to enjoy some of my favorite things. I can create a well balanced meal that will power me through my afternoon easily and I believe it can taste great too.

One of my husbands favorite things is a milky orange smoothie, you know like the kind you can buy in the mall.

I have found that if you use 1 cup Naked Mighty Mango, 1 cup milk and 3 cups ice and crush you can create one of the milky smoothies. It’s my own fun home made spin on the drink that he enjoys and such an easy and fun way to enjoy super a super smoothie like Mighty Mango from Naked.

Another easy way I like to incorporate fruit and better yet Naked fruit smoothies is into salads. Salads are such a great way to satisfy so many cravings, from sweet and salty nuts and fruits to a a hearty meal that you’ll be energized from. I created this fun yogurt based dressing that’s slightly sweet but a whole lot of fun!!

Simply mix your ingredients and you have a simple, fun and filling dressing for that sweet and salty salad. This salad would be perfect for a spring or summer lunch because it’s so light and refreshing.

Naked Juice is worth its weight in good! There’s a pound of fruit in every bottle.

I would never of thought to combine those ingredients to create a dressing. I normally have those products in my house, but just ran out of my Chobani Greek yogurt. I will try this out after I get to the store later this week.
    Thanks
