Keeping Busy

I feel really great this week. Probably because I’m finally feeling better after everyone; including myself was sick. I feel lighter and healthier. I finally feel like I’ve gotten over the plateau I’ve been on for the past few weeks. I’d really like to drop some major poundage this week but we’ll see. I’m hoping to get in more workouts this week! Settle back into routine and start the week off on a positive note and I’m hoping new running gear will do just the trick.

We took photos this weekend as a family. For the first time in a while I felt comfortable with my body again. I’m telling you, I just feel really great right now.

This week is all about pick eaters. This weeks special guest on Mamavation TV is Roni Noone the healthy living blogger who founded FitBloggin, She currently is discussing pick eaters and I bet the recipes in her new cookbook are delicious and healthy!

My picky eater is my oldest child, sadly as my first baby I allowed her to become picky. I think it was food choices we made early in her life that have lead to her being so picky now. We’ve slowly but surely been trying to find fun and healthy ways to cook her favorite foods. My other two kiddos are not so picky and I credit that to my more adult parenting choices as they’ve grown up. I’m still learning as I go here so I’d love to hear your tips for picky eaters.

Enter to win Roni Noone’s new Cookbook – Greenlight Bites by  heading on over and linking up with Mamavation Mondays.

This post is sponsored by Roni Noone and Mamavation – a community dedicated to obesity prevention & weight loss for women and I’m writing this to be entered into a giveaway.

Bahaha re: “ate a donut”. It’s a workout of willpower for me to stop at one donut, that’s for sure. It’s great that you’re feeling more comfortable, and healthy again! Yay!

I thought I’d be honest about the doughnut. 🙂

Honestly though it made me feel horrible and I ended up going to sleep. Learning lesson for sure!
