The Omron Fitness Challenge Wrap Up – Week 5 #iheartomron #mamavation

Uncategorized

I stepped on the scale this morning to find I had lost another 4 pounds. I worked hard the days this week that I did work out but my husband and I were traveling for two days. I had a light dinner but indulged in some sweet treats while at Darigold Headquarters. This next week I plan on hitting the gym full force and devoting more time to running. My Omron fitness products are continuing to help me track and maintain my goals.

I had an allergic reaction last week, after looking into the changes in my diet it turns out I’m allergic to all that soy in those veggie burgers that I love. Also the chai tea I was drinking, full of soy! I’m so happy that I figured out what was causing the rash on my arms and legs. Needless to say having the rash on my arms made me not want to break a full sweat like I generally would do while running.

I put some some jeans that I haven’t worn in two weeks. They fell off of me. My pants sagging so low that I had to test out the rest of the jeans n my closet. I can’t believe that all of my pre-pregnancy clothes fit again and my jeans feel great. Those love handles I had started to gain and belly fat is slowly starting to disappear more and more and I feel really great about my body. I started this journey not being able to run and here I am running 6 miles.

Awesome on your success! I’m suffering a rash now due to kale I believe (has nickel content), but I don’t want to give up my kale smoothies. Good luck healing your allergy!

Awesome job on all your hard work! And thank goodness you discovered that soy allergy. I often wonder if we eat too much soy? Anyway, great job and enjoy running this week!!!
